VK2CA owns, runs, maintains and pays for this site and as such has 100% control over what does or does not appear on this site at all times. I wish only to provide a service to my fellow hams and try very hard to be fair, at all times, to everyone whilst doing this. I WILL NOT engage in any correspondence regarding the administration of this site so DO NOT expect a reply if you email in this regard! If that, or any of the following guidelines, is not acceptable to you then DO NOT use this site!
If you have a problem with another buyer/seller etc then apply some Ham spirit amongst yourselves and work it out amicably! Remember this is a HOBBY! If you still have a problem.....sorry, but refer Rule 1.
A valid Amateur Radio callsign is your preferred "Alias" when placing and item up for auction. Your alias is who you will be known as in the system and to other users.
All address and contact data must be correct and verifiable as it will be supplied to the other user (only) at the end of an auction ,either buying or selling , so that the transaction can be completed between you both.
Auctions are to be for radio related items, or of interest to the Amateur Radio community. Mobile phones and accessories are NOT valid items and Auctions for these will be deleted without notice.
This service is
for private sales only (unless by arrangement with
) and the need to ensure that the items offered are
suitable, free of any encumbrance or in working order or not, is purely the responsibility
of the purchaser i.e.: BUYER BEWARE!

Auctions containing links to items for sale on Ebay or other auction sites are not allowed.
COMMERCIAL AUCTIONS - These are subject to charges and also by the "Commercial Conditions of Use" and both must be completed before placing auctions on this site on a commercial basis. All commercial auctions are to be placed in the "COMMERCIAL" category only. The fees and conditions can be found here and are renewable each calendar year.
*Failure to adhere to the "Conditions of Use" and the "User Agreement" of this service will result in your permission to use this system being revoked..
